A good build always starts out with a sturdy table.
  Layout lines are transposed from the drawings and temporary guides are added.
The bottom layer is started with tubes being added in and tack-welded.
Checking the level of a multiple-bend tube.
Positioning the waist rail.
Good attention to the fit of fishmouths is essential.
Starting to take shape.
 

 

 

'Bike bars' strengthen the front screen opening.
 

 

 

A gas axe can be used to cut parts if you possess the skills.
This man has the skills!
Rack plate and front suspension mounts in place.
That's one chassis completed!
One the first chassis is done, the second one's always easier.
Installing the front arms.
Well supported seat mounts.
RPM final drive installed.
These arms are per the drawings...
  ...and accept the specified micro-hubs.
These arms incorporate a set of hub buckets that had been previously purchased...
...along with matching VW type hubs. Notice how far they extend out.
Quality radiator and electric fan installed.
In goes the Honda RC51 1000cc V-twin.
Nicely engineered engine mounts.
Time for some R & R.
