About The Manuals And Plans.

NOTE: These build manuals are for you to construct machinery and vehicles; I do not sell actual machines or parts for vehicles! Parts and kits are available for some buggies only from MBS in the United States; see the buggy comparison chart.

The Manuals combine very detailed step-by-step instructions as well as the highly detailed and dimensioned CAD drawings.
The Plans consist of only the detailed and dimensioned CAD drawings with some other important annotation.

The Manuals and Plans are in PDF (Portable Document Format)....you've probably seen other files and documents like these before. View sample pages.
To be able to view the Manuals or Plans on your computer, you must have a PDF reader installed on your system. Most people are familiar with Adobe's PDF Reader, but it's very large and somewhat clunky.
I've found Foxit Reader to be much superior. Like Adobe, Foxit is also a free download, but best of all, it's only 1 MB in size!

Once on your system, you can use the reader to surf through the Manuals and Plans much like browsing a web site. Within the Manuals, there are bookmarks to the various chapters and CAD drawings, and you can zoom in on areas of the drawings to see them in greater detail. The Manuals and Plans can also be printed out so you can take the paper copies with you to the workshop.

When purchasing any of the Manuals or Plans, please ensure PayPal has your valid email address, as the smaller Manuals and Plans will be emailed to you shortly after your payment is received. Please allow me a few hours to get back to you as I'm on the East Coast of Australia which may be in a different time zone to your location.

The larger Buggy, Hammerhead Trike and VW Chassis Manuals/Plans are available only on CD (please don't ask for them to be emailed, the files are far too big) and will be sent by snail mail (normally takes five to six days for international delivery).
