This page is for builders of the R16
Shotgun and Shotgun
II
buggy (having previously purchased the CD) to
check for any additions to the Suppliers List, or updates to the Parts List,
drawings and specifications.
R16 Manuals contain all
updates current at time of purchase.
Updates:
March
26/08. Today marks the first major revision of the R16 Shotgun (now known as the
Shotgun II.)
All the custom laser-cut parts and machined parts are now available for
purchase from the one source, thus making the build simpler and quicker. In
light of the available parts, DXF files are no longer offered for the R16.
The R16 now uses Tatum front hubs and brakes.
July
06/07. After one of the recommended suppliers of Combo hubs altered the
diameter of their brake discs, a revision of the front upright was necessary
to modify the calliper mount to suit.
Email me with your license number and I'll send you the update.
June
12/07.
An update to drawings batch 20-23 was necessary after I was alerted to
an ambiguous glitch!
Email me with your license number and I'll send you the update.
March 17/07.
A few of the dimensions in two of the drawings were either obscured or
omitted. This has been rectified and you can request your copy of the
updated drawings by
emailing me with your CD
license number.
May
23/07.
I have devised an alternative method of mounting the FNR and adjusting
the drive chain. You can request your copy of the Chain Tensioner Update by
emailing me with your CD
license number.
